San Pablo

On Sunday we rode our bike about 5 miles to the local Catholic church.  We really like this church. It is beautiful, the grounds are spectacular and the community, both permanent residents and winter visitors, are active in keeping things humming.  The grounds have grottos, paths and other features all contributed over the years by the winter guests.  There are only 250 permanent members but there was easily twice that at the Mass we attended and there were several others available.  The priest was so jolly and got a kick out of our bikes "Now that's what I'm talking about!  Way to go!".  Afterwards we treated ourselves to a fabulous brunch at a local's spot and spent the rest of the day touring around on the bikes.
Start of our day.

One of the many beautiful features of San Pablo.

A quiet spot to sit and pray.

The end of our day.
