We were allowed to pull up to the temporary dock and get our name on the waiting list. You have to actually be in the harbor before you can get on the list, no phoning it in. We went ahead and paid for a week of use of the facility. Because of the popularity of the place, it is strictly controlled to make sure there is room for those who pay. For our money we're allowed to use the dingy dock, bike rack, showers and laundry. All nice things so worth the money. Oh yeah, a place to use their power and wifi to update blogs!
